Donald Lemperle’s VegeNation separates itself from DTLV’s burgeoning dining scene in that its eclectic menu is entirely plant-based. All corners of the world are covered: You can get Tex-Mex flavor via a savory sweet potato quesadilla (muchas gracias!), or chow down on vegan sushi via the oddly colored Save the Tuna. Either way, you’re bound to leave without feeling guilty. Since tables fill up quickly on a daily basis, it’s safe to say that even our carnivore friends are digging the dairy-free dishes.
