There are plenty of places to blow a ton of cash on the Strip. But this unassuming little spot may surprise you with some of its pricey exotic treats, which are generally confined to the specials board. On one recent visit, chef Kevin Chong offered live abalone for $80 an order and hairy crab prepared three ways for $120. But have no fear: There are lots of wonderful and more affordable dishes on the main menu.
