As the UNLV men's basketball program slips into the offseason, one more individual accolade was taken in on Monday.

Sophomore forward Mike Moser, who averaged 14 points and 10.5 rebounds per game this season and earned first team All-Mountain West honors, was named an honorable mention Associated Press All-America honoree.

Moser is the 10th Rebel to earn honorable mention AP All-America mention, and the program's first since Marcus Banks in 2003.

The only other Mountain West player to earn such honors was San Diego State sophomore wing Jamaal Franklin, who was the league's Player of the Year. He was also given honorable mention honors.
