Due Forni's Prosciutto e rucola Neapolitan pizza

Mom said sharing is caring. And that’s exactly what you’ll want to do at this west-side hot spot, where lovers canoodle over panzanella salad, charred octopus and authentic thin pizzas (chewy Neapolitan or crispy Roman).

Everything can be enjoyed family-style, although after 8 p.m. the kid-friendly scene begins to give way to romantic lighting and bottles of wine.

Recently, owner Alex Taylor has started using those blazing-hot Cirigliano due forni (two ovens) to roast a variety of meats in addition to the Nueske bacon that chef Carlos Buscaglia spoons over creamy chocolate gelato for dessert. Remember: Nothing says “I love you” like bacon.

3555 Town Center Drive, Suite 105, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Sun-Wed, 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Thu-Sat., 586-6500.
