The cocktails at STK aren’t meant to be merely sipped, thanks to this trio of summery desserts. The dish consists of a Jager Bomb, made of silky Red Bull gelée topped with a light and fluffy Jager mousse; Tequila Sunrise, orange cake coated with tequila crème; and a Cosmopolitan, vodka cake paired with raspberry-infused Grand Marnier mousse.
