The festivities kick off at Exquisite Fashion & Music Festival at Hard Rock Hotel. But the official birthday shenanigans get going at Insert Coin(s) at 10 p.m. And what would a birthday in Las Vegas be without keeping it going until the sun comes up? We’ll then stumble into Artisan Afterhours, for some underground tunes.
