Carnival of Cuisine at Venetian

The Venetian and The Palazzo present their fifth annual food festival, Carnival of Cuisine, today from noon to 4 p.m. A portion of every ticket price will benefit Three Square food bank.

To coincide with Food & Wine Month, part of the resort’s summer-long Carnevale celebration, the event features cuisine from restaurants of The Venetian and The Palazzo, such as LAVO, Pinot Brasserie and Public House. Expect cooking demonstrations, tastings from more than 15 eateries including five James Beard Award winners and specialty drinks.
