Best Brunch in a Tourist Spot
July 28th, 2011
Bouchon, the legendary Thomas Keller French bistro, soars on its own bakery, the provenance of its foodstuffs and Keller’s own particular genius, so more’s the pity it does not open for lunch. On weekends, however, the restaurant serves an à la carte brunch where you can eat Keller cuisine at prices that don’t bite hard. Menu highlights include French toast that resembles bread pudding, a classic steak frites and a croque Madame that would make a Frenchman weep.
8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sat-Sun, in the Venetian, 414-6200.
