Vintner Grill chef Matthew Silverman actually makes his own cheeses: goat, Camembert and Stilton (which is new), even a creamy goat-milk feta. Even better: You can eat them, as well as other artisan cheeses from around the country, from 5-6 p.m. weekdays for free. Yes, free—even if you don’t get a drink at the bar. Manager Peter Varela will try to get you to pair the cheeses with wine, however.
