There are so many moments to choose from that could be the zenith of the Batman beatdown—but what gets us every time isn’t the ground-shaking body slam or Batman’s slap-happy fight style. It’s the traumatized girl you hear off-camera wailing, “Oh, Batman, no!” You can actually hear the innocence shattering. The blogs lit up May 11 when the video was discovered, but the best line came, as it does in all things viral-video related, from Daniel Tosh, who said on Tosh.0, “The irony. A spine injury was the same thing that paralyzed Superman.”
