Sometimes a woman has to start at the bottom to make it to the top. Natalia Badzjo began her career here in 2002 as a cocktail server at Tabu and eventually worked her way into management at Studio 54. She left nightclub operations in 2009 and joined the social networking scene as a VIP host for XS and Tryst nightclubs. Loving the challenges the job presented, she took great care of her clients and brought in new business to get promoted to senior VIP services manager. And that achievement in a five-star resort such as Wynn definitely makes her a woman on top.
