The Cosmo’s new poolside destination bar, Neapolitan, offers a brightly painted patio and cocktail lab environs in which to enjoy the stone-cold magic of property mixologist Mariena “Miss Wizard” Mercer. Bartenders in bikinis and lab coats serve up liquid-nitrogen-charged sorbets, ice creams, adult popsicles, spirited shakes and tipsy toppings—all boozy as you’d expect. Don’t even think of asking for a virgin daiquiri.
