Ever dream of diving into a bowl of Froot Loops? The sheer beauty of the breakfast bowl, the anticipation of sugar, the transformation of ordinary milk into something sweeter than soda pop. This is how the careers of ravers begin, innocently, over the Sunday comics. A dozen years pass, and they arrive at the Electric Daisy Carnival with 200,000 of their closest friends to wade in Jen Lewin’s light installation, “The Pool,” one of the many visual highlights of the sonic festival that rocked the Las Vegas Motor Speedway June 24-26.
