Miller’s single mom worked at the Horseshoe Casino—her aunt once owned a lease on some ground under the fabled property. By “we,” she is referring to her and her husband and business partner, Kim Canteenwalla, chef and co-owner of Honey Salt. The husband-wife power couple met 14 years ago while working in the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi.
