The “rock star chef,” Kerry Simon, has, as they say on Top Chef, packed his knives and left the CatHouse restaurant at Luxor—but he didn’t go far. The chef still has a full plate with Simon at Palms Place, and a second namesake eatery in L.A. He also recently served as a consultant to Nu Sanctuary at Town Square, and is now gearing up to open a new venture on the Strip, KGB Burger Bar, in Harrah’s.
